Exports

Overview

Exports is the searchable list page for data exports. Use it to find export mappings by table, source, package, or description, and then open an export for maintenance.

Function

The page combines a search filter with a read-only exports grid. The search field narrows the list by export details such as description, filter text, package, table, or source.

Double-click an export row to open the selected export in the Export page. Use New to start the export definition flow, or Delete to remove the selected export after confirmation.

Access

Open the exports list from the ETL toolbar. Individual export definitions can also be reached from export entries in the model and package workflows.

1	Search criteria	Filter area at the top of the page.
2	Search field	Text field used to filter export records.
3	Search	Runs the filter and refreshes the exports grid.
4	Clear filter	Clears the search field and reloads the full exports list.
5	Table	Grid column that shows the table used by the export mapping.
6	Source	Grid column that shows the source connected to the export mapping.
7	Package	Grid column that shows the package assigned to the export.
8	Description	Grid column that describes the export.
9	UpdateStatistics	Grid checkbox that shows whether statistics are updated for the export.
10	UseLogging	Grid checkbox that shows whether logging is enabled for the export.
11	Exports grid	Read-only result list. Double-click a row to open the selected export.
12	New	Starts the export definition flow.
13	Delete	Removes the selected export after the user confirms the action.
