Overview

Login is the dialog used to sign in to AnalyticsCreator and prepare the connection settings required before a repository can be opened. The standard view collects the AnalyticsCreator user name and password. The expanded settings view contains the SQL Server, storage path, database template, and proxy settings that support the connection.

Function

The dialog can prefill saved values, focus the next required field, and expand the settings area when connection information is missing or invalid.

Choose OK to validate the repository SQL Server connection, proxy details, database templates, and sign-in credentials. When sign-in succeeds, AnalyticsCreator stores the connection settings for the session and can save changed settings for the next session. Choose Cancel to close the dialog without completing sign-in.

Access

Open Login from the connection workflow when AnalyticsCreator needs a user session or repository connection. The dialog can also appear automatically when a server action needs a valid session.

How to access
